PGA National is one of the toughest courses regularly played on the PGA Tour. The “Bear Trap,” a 3-hole stretch including 15, 16, and 17, was named in honor of Jack Nicklaus, who said, “it should all be won or lost here.” Nicklaus believes that, “even if golf balls went for a thousand yards, the Bear Trap will stand the test, no matter what the equipment is.

League Rules.
Two man teams competing in 9 hole best ball from the white tees, using computer decides putting
Both players play all nine holes and the best score from each hole is taken to form a composite 9 hole score
Week one will be played with no player getting strokes. After week one, and a baseline has been set, each player will be handicapped and will receive the proper strokes next week. With handicaps adjusting before each new course
Max score per hole will be Double Bogey. At that point pick up your ball while your teammate completes the hole
Teams do not have to play on the same day or at the same time for their scores to count, if teams fall more than 2 weeks behind a net zero will posted for their scores

$50 buy in per team to be placed in the pot awarded to the winning team, second place receives their money back - plus hourly sim rental fees
